When it comes to investing in a quality ADHD Family Life Coach, you want someone who can connect, inspire, and guide you through challenging times so you can take control of your life and achieve optimal personal growth. By consulting with me, you can be assured that you will achieve just that and more.

Hi! My name is Debbie Neumann, and I am a highly intuitive, passionate, and certified ADHD Family Life Coach. I have an extensive educational background within this field, along with personal experiences that allow me to help people with challenges realize their individual worth, discover inner peace, and support them in cultivating a healthy mindset.

Growing up, I did not have an ideal childhood. My journey involved abuse that lasted well into adulthood. In addition, I inherited intergenerational trauma due to my parents being Holocaust survivors. I also had a learning disability that surfaced in my school years. Undiagnosed, my parents were often told I could try harder. Only later in life, through self-discovery, I realized my processing style was different then the majority, which wasn’t accommodated for when I was in school. During the time I was studying as a ADHD Life Coach, I took the opportunity to get tested. It turned out that my symptoms were anxiety based and not ADHD. You see, ADHD and anxiety are two sides of the same coin, and only a psychiatrist can diagnose the difference through testing. Anxiety is not uncommon, and has only been on the incline due to increased stress society is experiencing through economic hardships. But regardless of my adverse upbringing, I still dedicated myself to find inner peace and tranquility. I wanted to foster self-esteem and the confidence to overcome being torn down. Overtime, with the right tools and motivation, I was able to succeed in that mission, and now I aim to guide others to feel this level of freedom as well.

Nothing makes me happier than being able to enrich others’ lives and watch them reach their full potential. I have a deep understanding of what it takes to achieve optimal self-discovery and give ADHD families the resources to live extraordinarily fulfilled, empowered lives. No matter what you are facing, you can be confident that by connecting with me, you will develop the necessary life skills and capitalize on your strengths that will allow you to prosper.

I absolutely love what I do, but when I am not working, you can find me re-energizing and spending time with friends, family, and out enjoying adventures in nature.

“See children for their potential,

not their short comings.”

My professional background + education

I have always been in the care giving profession in one way or another. Since 2005 I directed my career to become an Early Childhood Educator and went on to specialize in meeting the needs of intense children, especially those that are sensitive. It’s through this journey that I discovered ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) and then the “Nurtured Heart Approach” (NHA). Both of these amazing disciplines allowed me to hone my skills to be able to support those dealing with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disabilities (LD) and Oppositional/Defiant Disorder (ODD) so they can overcome their challenges. Now as an ADD Family Life Coach and a NHA Advanced Trainer and Mentor, I am equipped to guide professionals and parents alike in adapting their communication approach so all relationships flourish. Discovering and understanding one’s own strengths, passion and values is what my personal journey has taught me. With my education, knowledge and experience I can now do this for others.

My background in Natural Science is what sparked my admiration in natural health and where I cultured a holistic approach to life. With my accumulated studies, it has allowed me to gain the title as a Naturotherapist Practitioner, which also permits me to offer insurance receipts to my clients.My primary education is as follows;

  • Certified Nurtured Heart Approach Advanced Trainer and Mentor
  • ADHD Life Coach Graduate from ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA)
  • Early Childhood Educator
